CA provides third-party program monitoring, business intelligence and data analytics to support management and decision-making processing through several analyses.
Beneficiary uniqueness/ Duplicate analysis: through data analysis techniques, CA undertakes analysis to eliminate existence of duplicate/multiple/repeated beneficiaries in the beneficiary lists/payrolls. This improves grant efficiency by ensuring that a beneficiary exists only once in the database.
Adhering/Achieving program principles:  based on program principles, CA uses program operations’ data to determine the extent to which the program adheres to or achieves set programs principles in terms of, when the beneficiaries are paid, how are they paid, how much they are paid, what outstanding balances they have with payment service providers.
Efficiency of payment service provider: Using payment data, CA undertakes analysis to improve efficiency of social protection interventions to help achieve inclusive and equitable development.
