In recent years there has been growing interest in understanding or knowing changes in the climatic conditions which is synonymous to climate change.
Crane Analytics has recently analysed rainfall and temperature (minimum and maximum) over the period 2001 to 2016 for Uganda collected from several weather stations in the country. The data used is published in various issues of the Statistical Abstract published by Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS).
We split the data into two periods, one covering 2001 to 2008 and the other 2009 to 2016 to be able to analyse differences in the weather conditions and patterns using multiple bar charts, slope graphs and trend lines.
